Returns & Refunds Policy
In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with the products you receive you should notify us within 14 days of delivery via email.
If the items are not opened or used they can be returned to us but you will have to arrange and pay for the return delivery and obtain proof of postage.
Please ensure any returned goods are packaged appropriately using either the original packaging or using similar, suitable alternatives.
Because of the nature of the products, we cannot issue a refund for used or opened products.
Refunds will be made to the method of payment used on checkout.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if your order is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and put it right.
