Delivery and Shipping

Our delivery services are based on the weights and size of each item ordered. For transparency we do not hide the postage cost within our products.

UK Shipping upto 2kg (Royal Mail): £3.75 (3-5 working days)
UK Shipping over 2kg and upto 5kg (Royal Mail): £9.95 (3-5 working days)

If you are unsure about the weight of your order or the shipping rate you will be paying, an exact quotation will be generated at the checkout. 

I currently don’t offer shipping to countries outside of the United Kingdom but I maybe able to arrange something if you get in touch via the Contact Us section or at thesoapshack169@gmail.com. 

Our delivery times are based on working days Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays) and are not guaranteed. This time does not include picking and processing lead time which can be up to 3 working days. 

Please note: orders placed during busy seasonal periods may be subject to a longer processing and delivery time.
